CompuSolver offers several types of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services to meet customers needs. All services are performed using industry's best, high-resolution scanners and state of the art software for accuracy. Most importantly, our text output is close to 99.9% accurate for documents in good condition.

The first service, Auto-Feed Scanning covers all pages which can be sent through a document feeder. The second service is Manual Scanning and covers all other items including bound material, and other items which will not pass through the document feeder. OCR output can be in nearly any format you desire, whether Word, text, database, spreadsheet, etc.

Customer pays all shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for return of documents unless return shipping fee and handling fee ($20) is prepaid.

Some documents may require extra work to get data 'cleansed' and formatted into database fields. Specialized small programs are written to handle these at minimal cost.
